Nostos Search
Nostos Search was created in 2020 as we recognised a gap in between the management and executive market recruitment capability. Nostos focuses on the role levels too senior for traditional Recruitment Agencies, but below those of the large, traditional Executive Search firms.
Nostos Search looks to combine the simplicity and flexibility of the Agency environment with the specialism and thoroughness of an Executive search method, to bring a solution to clients that truly suits their requirements.
We operate across Australia and have also successfully filled multiple remotely run briefs.

The Team
Joss Godbold, Founder & Owner of Nostos Search
Joss has been in the Recruitment sector since 2004, after an initial career in Accounting & Finance with KPMG.
Joss worked for Michael Page / PageGroup, a global multi-national and industry leader in the recruitment sector, for over 16 years before setting up Nostos Search in 2020.
Joss spent his initial career in the UK, moving to Australia in 2007. Since 2007, Joss has successfully diversified into several key verticals; including Finance, Sales, Commerce, General Management, Executive Search and Board recruitment.
Joss has a broad experience of most sectors, but specializes in Manufacturing, Industrial, Agriculture, Retail and Education, as well as start ups and pre-IPO scenarios.
